Don't be afraid to give your best to what seemingly are small jobs.Every time you conquer one it makes you much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselfs.

My Dad has been in the hospital for over a month now, he fell and while he did not actually break anything he has a nasty bruise that the doctors say may take up to 10 weeks to heal. The bruise is so bad he had to have 2 units of blood. Since being in there for this long I have made a lot of trips with my younger grand kids to visit Papa. The different employers have grown use to seeing these little faces and my youngest granddaughter loves them all. Her favorite is the older lady that works in the cafeteria, first day we visited Addy told her that she "loves her hair" of course this lady wears a hair net and having anyone say they like it and truly mean it really did make her day. When ever we walk in both of their faces just light up when they spot each other, which does make my heart happy to know my little one makes someone else as happy as she does me. yesterday Addy had to stop outside and not pick just one or two dandelions but a whole bunch for her friend. When Addy handed them to her the lady said 'well thank you for the flowers" Addy replied "yes their baby sunflowers"
